remove of timestamps columns from entities

Hi i have ssen that you drop the concurrency token from entities.


Could you, please, explain the technical reason for this.

Yes, we removed the timestamps because our core scenario (single user, single browser instance) does not require concurrency management. 

We had originally put them in when we were planning to support multiple users logging into the same account; example, a husband, wife and teenager all recording their fill ups using different OpenId's to access the Mileage Stats account.  Since this was cut, we removed the timestamps.
