Based on my understanding the jQuery UI widget is a specialized jQuery plug-in. Therefore you might need to add the
jQuery library files in order to use it.

On the other hand there is a large number of enterprises that provide hosted copies of jQuery on existing
CDN networks that are available for public use. As far as I know
the service provided by Microsoft is available for free, does not require any registration, and can be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.
